Please understand that we only accept people who respect my BUSINESS BOUNDARIES, INVESTMENT and OUR POLICIES / PROCEDURES ‼️‼️‼️ Please be aware that bookings in Columbus Ohio and Cincinnati Ohio are limited to weekends only. The non-refundable walkthrough consultation fee for these locations are set at $287.55. When booking a walk through consultation , please be aware that we have our own set of standards and procedures for cleaning services. We cannot accommodate requests for specific items or areas to be cleaned outside of our established guidelines. When booking our luxury cleaning services for the first time, please be aware that you are scheduling a walkthrough consultation. This is an essential step in securing our services. All walk through consultations require a NON REFUNDABLE $87.55 fee that goes towards the service you choose that Nancy B’s Cleaning Service “Provides” . All Consultations I REQUIRE 20-30 mins of uninterrupted time so I can give each client a responsible estimate on what we’re going to do to maintain each facility. If this isn’t possible i don’t think I will be a good fit and unfortunately you won’t be able to book with us again” We’re very big on respecting our time” . During our consultation process, we will thoroughly review and discuss our service agreement, policies, procedures, terms and conditions, checklist, and other important documents to ensure a clear understanding of our scope of work and expectations. After the walk-through of your property, we will email you a detailed quote that outlines all the necessary cleaning services that will be provided . Please review and make sure to pay in full within our one hour policy after receiving our emailed quotation. If you decide our quote isn’t suitable for you at the moment ,we’re asking that you have “ COMMON COURTESY “ to email us & let us know you’re no longer interested in our services. If you decide to accept our quote the consultation fee will go towards your cleaning service bill , for any reason if you decide our quote isn’t suitable for you at the time we will keep the consultation fee for our time . You will have 1 hours to pay your full 100% quote & your Service agreement will have to also be signed and dated . “If your invoice exceeds our hour policy a non refundable $350.00 charge will be added to your quote . This is a business in order for me to continue to run it successfully our policies and procedures have to be FOLLOWED & RESPECTED.
